ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT • BOISE, IDAHO

Not an adaptation. A starting point.

Girls shouldn't be an afterthought.

Young female athletes deserve more than a place in a program designed for someone else. They deserve coaching that recognizes their individual needs, ambitions, and abilities. We combine intentional physical development, mental-performance support, and mentorship to help every athlete discover what's possible.

About

Before she was a coach, Ali Ohashi was a young athlete inspired by women who showed her there wasn't just one way to be strong.

Today, she's creating space for the next generation to train, grow, and discover what's possible on their own terms.

Let’s team up.
